  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our Services.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

  • All payments must be made in full before services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Due to the nature of custom work, refunds are provided only in cases where services have not yet started or as required by law.

  • Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra fees, which will be communicated before work continues.

5. Intellectual Property

  • You retain full ownership of your manuscript and related content.

  • By submitting your content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for providing the agreed-upon services.

  • All designs, templates, and concepts created by BrightEdge Publishing remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on third-party rights, violate laws, or contain prohibited material.

  • BrightEdge Publishing is not liable for legal issues arising from your submitted content.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services for:

  • Any illegal activity

  • Uploading harmful code, viruses, or malicious software

  • Infringing on intellectual property rights

8. Limitation of Liability

BrightEdge Publishing provides services “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

9. Termination
